180 Degrees Chiropractic is located in downtown Redmond just two blocks south of the Bella Bottega in Village Square.  Village Square is a complex found at the intersection of NE 85th and 161st Ave NE.  Our suite faces and is most accessible from 161st Ave NE right next door to the Edward Jones and The Village Square Café.

Chiropractors are the only health care providers that are trained to detect and treat interference to the nervous system called subluxations.  A subluxation is what happens when a vertebrae (spinal bone) shifts out of place and puts pressure on to the spinal cord or spinal nerve that exits that level.  As most of you know the nervous system is the control system for your entire body.  For example, it tells your lungs when to breath and your heart to pump.  When your spine goes out of alignment and puts pressure on to the nervous system it will decrease the impulses coming from your brain to where ever that nerve is traveling.  Think of it as what happens when you take a garden hose and put a kink it in.  The amount of water traveling through the hose is going to decrease or even stop.  Our doctors are specifically trained to find these misalignments in the spine and remove the interference with a spinal adjustment.  When the nervous system interference is removed the nervous impulses will be able to travel uninterrupted and  the body will have a chance to heal itself.   Our goal is to give the body that chance to heal itself naturally without the use of more invasive treatments.  Our office also offers massage therapy, rehab, spinal stabilization exercises, mechanical traction (disc decompression), and nutritional supplements.  All of these treatments are used in conjunction with the adjustments to help stabilize your spine and give your body the best chance to heal and function properly.
